公司舉行應急救護技能培訓

       2018年6月份為全國安全生產月，我公司積極響應青島市建管局有關文件精神，多方位舉行了多種多樣的安全培訓活動。

       為提高全員安全意識，提升應對突發事件和意外傷害事故的應急急救和自救互救能力，6月22號上午，我公司攜手青島紅十字會講師王卉開展了應急救護技能培訓，普及自救互救、應急避險等知識技能。我公司各單位共三十多名安全員以及相關人員參加。

     培訓為理論教學和實踐操作兩個部分。在公司大會議室，來自青島紅十字會的王卉老師首先向大家講解了應急救護現場的基本步驟：一是在確保現場安全的情況下方可進入現場進行急救；二是盡快確認傷患者的情況；三是盡快撥打急救電話，尋求專業的醫護人員的幫助；四是用正確的方法對傷患者進行救護。生活中難免有意外事件的發生，遇到心臟驟停事件，正確掌握心扉復蘇的黃金四分鐘實踐操作技能，對于我們來說相當實用，利己利人利社會。隨后，王卉老師用生動風趣的講課方式講授了救護概念、心肺復蘇、創傷包扎等理論知識。

       培訓結束后，大家一致認為，掌握更多的應急救護技能，不僅能夠對工作有所幫助，而且在實際生活中也能運用的上！有人說：“今天的培訓糾正了我以前錯誤的急救認識。我以前看一些電視劇中作人工呼吸時，一直做個不停。現在明白了，做兩次人工呼吸，要按壓外胸三十次，比例是二比三十。”

     通過此次急救知識的培訓，大家既掌握了理論知識，又獲得了感性體驗，取得了較好的預期效果，這將對我公司一線施工人員在突發事件的緊急處理中起到良好的指導作用，有助于提高我公司人員在突發事件時的應對水平。

     6月22號上午，黨群工作部于正啟同志組織了駕駛員安全生產月道路交通安全知識培訓活動，邀請青島市市北區交警大隊有關領導現場講解，各分公司交通負責人參加，通過此次培訓，增強了安全意識和安全責任，對今后的道路交通安全有了新的認識，收貨頗豐。
