金源熱電46MW生物質鍋爐順利完成水冷壁吊裝

10月3日上午8時，由九分公司承建的金源熱電46MW生物質鍋爐開始膜式水冷壁吊裝。本次大件吊裝包含水冷壁、頂板（Z1-Z2）、鍋筒等共13件。

因鍋爐本體材料供貨較晚，為保證工程進度，金源熱電項目部改變常規施工方案：先臨時吊裝固定水冷壁，后吊裝頂板和鍋筒，最后吊裝水冷壁就位。此方案膜式壁大量對口焊接作業在地面施工平臺上完成，焊接質量更好、施工效率更高；同時有效減少了高空作業工程量，有效降低了高空作業風險。項目部根據公司各部門審批通過的施工方案變更單，編制大件吊裝專項施工方案，就吊裝作業工藝流程和吊裝過程中的各項風險點多次討論研究，制定了吊裝過程中的各項質量、安全控制措施。方案按公司工程管理部、安全環保部、鍋爐質保體系各位領導和同事的審核意見修改，并經各部門和總工程師審批通過。項目部嚴格按照審批通過的施工方案施工，順利完成了此次大件吊裝。

吊裝當天，九分公司張海斌副經理、安全環保部杜現偉經理全程在現場指導吊裝工作。水冷壁吊裝的順利完成，為下一步鍋爐導水管、下降管等本體管路的安裝和鍋爐本體水壓試驗奠定了基礎。金源熱電項目部全體成員會繼續全身心投入到項目生產中去，確保項目質量、安全、工期等按計劃順利完成，為公司60周年華誕獻禮！
