    2017年度公司職業技能競賽于2017年9月21日成功舉辦，具體參賽成績名次表見下表。

    本次競賽在領導小組的精心組織和各分公司的大力支持下，共有7個分公司、24人參加了技能競賽，其中管道工12人，焊工12人，管道工全部為5年以上本崗位工齡，焊工5年以上本崗位工齡8人，5年及以下本崗位工齡4人。各分公司積極組織人員參加，尤其一、二、三分公司，在生產任務緊的情況下，積極派多人參加。通過這次競賽將學、練、比有機結合起來，在公司形成"學技術、練技能、當能手、做貢獻"的良好氛圍，不斷提升生產一線員工崗位操作技能水平和理論水平，涌現出了一批技術過硬、素質高的先進個人。

    通過這次競賽，暴露了我公司目前技術工人的技術水平存在較大差距。

    焊工年齡偏大，年輕的數量太少，技術水平也不是很高，還需要進一步提高。5年及以下工齡的焊工總體水平要高于5年以上工齡的，主要是年輕焊工是實實在在的從事一線焊接操作，且有上進心，勤學好問。5年以上的焊工，一是作為班組長，較少從事一線操作，二是因為不是持續從事承壓類設備和管道的焊接，平時工作中只要是不探傷的焊口，就不注重焊接質量，致使技術水平出現下滑，尤其是焊條電弧焊水平比鎢極氬弧焊水平低很多，通過無損檢測發現大多試件有氣孔、夾渣、焊瘤、未焊透現象。這說明《特種設備焊接操作人員考核細則》中規定中斷特種設備焊接操作6個月以上，應重新考試，是很有道理的。

    管道工年齡嚴重偏大，沒有年輕的，技術水平還可以。要加強自有技術工人的培養，防止傳幫帶斷檔，滿足公司發展需要。

    希望受到表彰的個人，以這次獲獎榮譽為新的起點，再接再厲，開拓進取，發揮積極帶頭作用，在促進提高企業技術水平做出新的貢獻。公司廣大一線職工要以這次取得優異成績的選手為榜樣，努力提高崗位操作技能水平和理論水平，為公司的發展貢獻新的力量。
