關于加強高溫季節施工安全管理的通知

目前我國已全部進入高溫季節，各單位、項目部要加強夏季高溫天氣安全管理，嚴防中暑和火災事故發生，確保施工安全。

具體要求如下：

    1、嚴格控制高溫期間施工作業時間。

    在高溫天氣期間，各單位、項目部要嚴格按照《山東省高溫天氣勞動保護辦法》要求，合理安排和調整夏季高溫天氣工作時間，最大限度地減少高溫中暑事件的發生。

  2、嚴格按規定落實防暑降溫措施

    各單位、項目部要建立健全防暑降溫工作制度，采取有效措施，加強高溫天氣作業勞動保護工作，配備急救藥品。加強對施工人員的教育培訓，普及高溫防護、中暑急救等職業衛生知識。施工現場應提供清涼飲料、潔凈用水、必需的藥品以及休息場所，確保施工人員身體健康和生命安全。

    3、嚴格落實各項消防安全措施

各單位、項目部應嚴格落實施工現場、辦公、住宿區消防安全管理制度，認真開展消防安全隱患排查治理。有效預防和減少建筑工地火災事故。

  4、加強高溫期間施工作業的監督檢查

各單位要加強對施工現場落實各項防暑降溫工作措施的監督檢查，重點對施工作業時間、防暑降溫措施以及各項消防措施落實情況等，切實督促項目部將高溫天氣的防暑降溫工作落到實處，有效預防和控制中暑事件的發生，確保施工一線工作人員身體健康和生命安全。
